Vimal SkyView IT Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of security and technology services, including: Authorized Sales: We are authorized providers of high-quality CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and all related networking accessories. Professional Installation: Expert setup and configuration of surveillance systems tailored to your property. Maintenance & Support: Ongoing technical IT support and hardware maintenance to ensure your systems remain operational. Service Area: Our on-site installation and maintenance services are primarily available in Pune and surrounding areas. For locations outside this radius, additional travel or shipping fees may apply.
Vimal SkyView IT Solutions strives for a transparent billing process. By engaging our services, you agree to the following: Payment Schedule: Payment terms are determined by the nature of the work. Product Purchases: Full payment is required at the time of delivery or as specified in the invoice. Installation Services: A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due immediately upon completion of the installation. Accepted Methods: For your convenience, we accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT), and Cash. Ownership of Goods (Title): Please note that all CCTV hardware and equipment remain the property of Vimal SkyView IT Solutions until the invoice is paid in full. Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts or suspend ongoing IT support and maintenance services until all outstanding balances are cleared. Taxes: All prices quoted are subject to applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated in the official quotation.
Manufacturer Warranty: All hardware products (Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, Hard Drives) are covered solely by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Vimal SkyView IT Solutions will assist in the coordination of warranty claims but is not the warrantor.

Limitation of Liability: While we ensure professional installation, Vimal SkyView IT Solutions is not liable for data loss, system downtime due to internet failure, or any indirect or consequential losses resulting from equipment failure or unauthorized access to the system.
Ownership: All content featured on this website—including but not limited to the Vimal SkyView IT Solutions logo, custom graphics, original product descriptions, and technical service guides—is the exclusive property of Vimal SkyView IT Solutions and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of our branding or digital assets for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks: All third-party product names and logos (e.g., Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this site for descriptive purposes only.

Account Security: If provided with system login credentials or software access, it is the user's responsibility to maintain password confidentiality. Vimal SkyView IT Solutions is not liable for security breaches caused by user negligence.
Product Returns: Returns are accepted within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Opened or used electronic components (Cameras, DVRs, Hard Drives) are subject to a restocking fee or may be ineligible for return due to security and warranty registration.
Service Cancellations: For installation or maintenance visits, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a nominal service visit charge.
Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that labor charges for completed installations, custom cabling, and software configuration services are non-refundable.

Our Right to Terminate: Vimal SkyView IT Solutions reserves the right to refuse service, terminate ongoing projects, or restrict website access at our sole discretion if we believe our Terms & Conditions are being violated, or if a user’s conduct is deemed harmful to our business, employees, or third parties.
Service Suspension: We may suspend technical support or remote monitoring services immediately in cases of non-payment, suspected unauthorized access, or use of our equipment for illegal surveillance activities.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our proprietary IT support tools or software services will cease immediately. Any outstanding balances for hardware provided or labor completed prior to termination will remain due and payable.
Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from the use of our website or services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India.
Jurisdiction: You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of these Terms shall be filed only in the courts located in Pune, India. You further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim.
Compliance: Use of surveillance equipment is subject to the Information Technology Act and local privacy regulations. Vimal SkyView IT Solutions operates in accordance with the legal framework provided by the Government of India.
